BOOKING CONDITIONS

1.1. You can make a reservation for HOTEL SANI in one of the following ways:

1.2. Once we have received and processed your request, we will contact you to confirm the availability of your accommodation.

1.3. You will receive a confirmation of your reservation by e-mail. It will describe the type and number of rooms booked, the check-in and check-out dates, the number of adults and children specified in the booking request, the basis of board and the amount due.

1.4. . At the Hotel’s discretion, a security deposit of up to 50 (fifty) % of the total booking amount may be required prior to check-in. We expect payment from you within 3 (three) business days of receiving our email (unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties). The balance of your reservation is due on the day of check-in. If you wish to cancel a booking for which a security deposit has been paid, the cancellation penalties outlined in the cancellation policy apply.

1.5. Where a security deposit is requested in advance, your booking is valid but is only considered CONFIRMED once the specified payment for the specific booking is made and confirmation of payment received is received via e-mail.

1.6. In the event of non-payment within the described time limit, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

2.1. Cancellation of a reservation made by you can be made in one of the following ways:

2.2. In case a confirmed reservation is cancelled up to ten (10) days before arrival, the client is not liable for a penalty, unless the reservation is made under a special holiday package, in which the terms for reservations and cancellations are further described.

2.3. In case you cancel the reservation 10 (ten) but not less than 3 (three) days before arrival, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total amount paid as deposit.

2.4. . In case you cancel your reservation less than seventy-two (72) hours before check-in, or if you do not show up on the day of check-in, the amount you paid in advance will not be refunded, and the reservation will be considered cancelled.

HOTEL SANI reserves the right to cancel a confirmed and paid reservation in the event of force majeure and other reasons beyond the control of the hotelier. In such cases, the hotelier:

  • Offers the client accommodation for another period, keeping the same conditions and prices.
  • Refund the client’s deposit within 30 (thirty) days of receiving a written request for it from the tourist, with no penalty to the latter.

ACCOMMODATION CONDITIONS

3.1. Check-in and check-out times:

  • Check-in every day after 14:30.
  • Check-out till 12:00.

3.2. If you check out late, you will be charged 10% of the room rate for the first hour, 50% for the second hour, and 100% for the third hour or more. Reservations will be held until 24:00 on the day of your arrival.

3.3. Pets shall be accommodated only in their designated rooms, no pets shall be accommodated when the designated rooms are full

3.4. Checking into the hotel requires the guests to present their ID documents. The data you provide is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Protection Act and the regulations governing information protection, and it is processed only to carry out the established requirements of the Tourism Act. Please read the POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA OF KEBY GROUP LTD CLIENTS (section “Privacy Policy”).

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES

5.1. . HOTEL SANI undertakes to provide the client with the services requested and paid for in full.

5.2. HOTEL SANI agrees not to change the prices of the services requested by the client, except in exceptional circumstances where it is economically

5.3 HOTEL SANI is not liable for damages caused by actions of third parties.

5.4. All claims regarding the quality of the services paid for must be submitted by the client on-site at the hotel in order to correct any deficiencies. The claim must be submitted in writing. If the claims are not met, the client may request a report from a responsible party. The client will receive the hotel management’s official statement of the problem within 3 (three) working days of the report being prepared.

5.5. Amounts for services requested but not used in full or in part due to the fault of the client will not be refunded.

5.6. All prices announced on the HOTEL SANI website and in the hotel’s e-mail messages to clients are in Bulgarian leva and include VAT and tourist tax. In some cases, they may be linked to additional offers, promotions, and terms. Our team is available to answer any questions you may have about our offers.

5.7. The costs for additional services are not automatically calculated in the final price and must be paid separately at the hotel.

5.8. The hotel is not responsible for lost, forgotten or stolen items from the rooms, stored outside the personal safe, or from restaurants or spa, as well as for damage caused by third parties.

5.9. The client agrees to follow generally accepted standards of good behavior during his or her stay at the Hotel. All costs for material damage to the hotel are the client’s responsibility.

5.10. Smoking is not ermitted in the rooms of HOTEL SANI, according to the sunprovisions of the national legislation. Therefore, if any noncompliance is discovered, the hotel reserves the right to levy a 150.00 BGN charge without prior notice.

5.11. Clienta using the services of HOTEL SANI must be adults according to Bulgarian legislation /over 18 (eighteen) years of age/. Children are only permitted if accompanied by their parents or other legal representatives. Clients must not leave their children unattended on the premises of HOTEL SANI.

5.12. HOTEL SANI reserves the right to change the information contained on this page, as well as the Terms and Conditions, at any time. While every effort is made to provide accurate and reliable information, this cannot always be guaranteed.

5.13. When a client makes a reservation, they are deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Bookings made by phone, email, or through our website are considered to be an emerging contractual relationship. Payment is deemed acceptance of the Hotel’s Terms and Conditions.

5.14. In all disputes and legal matters arising from the use of the www.hotelsani.com website that are not covered by these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policy, the Republic of Bulgaria’s statutory binding provisions will apply.
