The loyalty program gives our guests access to discounts, preferences and special treatment and attention. Three levels of loyalty are available – Standard, Silver and Gold. They offer various discounts and preferences. In order to qualify for the discounts and preferences, you must comply with all program rules.
*Anyone can register through the website.
**The different loyalty levels are reached by achieving a certain turnover for the last 2 years for a specific account.
The entire loyalty program is digitized and only affects registered users.
Rules for using the loyalty program
1. The turnover required to reach the different loyalty levels is calculated only for bookings made through the booking module of the website. The turnover limit is valid for the last 2 years and the system automatically adjusts the loyalty level of the account.
2.The turnover for each reservation is charged to a specific, titular account belonging to a specific guest, who must be logged in to the customer area with email and password.A booking cannot be allocated to two or more accounts.
3.Discounts can only be used for bookings made through the website.Discounts do not apply to on-site bookings and discounts are not available when booking from Booking and other platforms, travel agencies, tour operators and intermediaries.
4.Only the account holder in the customer area is a loyal customer.Discounts and preferences apply to the entire booking, but only if the account holder is part of the registered guests.
5.The terms of the loyalty program do NOT apply to corporate event participants, special rate group bookings or third party bookings.
6.All discounts are only visible when logged into the guest’s account in the customer area here.
7.By signing up for the loyalty program you agree to receive news and updates about the hotel by email, viber and phone. You can opt-out of receiving our newsletters at any time by sending an opt-out email.
